If a character requested to be drawn is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and the Client holds the right to make changes to the commission request (change the character, agree to simplified design changes, .etc) before the transaction is complete.

Full payment is expected after the the Client approves the sketch done by me. I will send an invoice to the Client’s Paypal email after everything is confirmed. After receiving full payment, I will proceed to work on the rest of the commission.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on the Client’s part over the course of the transaction.

The Client may request a refund at any time. The partial amount depends on the percentage of the commission completed.

Full refunds are only issued before I start coloring the sketch.

After the completion of the work, the Client is not eligible for a refund.

All sales are "Digital Artwork" and nothing is ever intended by either the me or the Client, to be physically shipped to the Client. I am not required ever to ship any item unless explicitly discussed.

The Client is expected to fill out the Commission Request Form, and through which provide a clear description of the idea or concept, and will provide clear visual references.

I reserve the right to reject critique pertaining to Artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

I will provide the Client with work in progress screenshots throughout the commission process. These images will come in the form of .jpg or .png files as an attachment in email or DM.

The responsibility is on the Client to ensure the order contains the requested details. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished artwork if no feedback was given to amend it. In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes in the commissioned artwork will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.

The Client reserves the right to set a deadline for the commission. However, I may reject commission requests with deadlines that are too short.

If no deadline was set before payment, I will not be held responsible for late delivery. I reserves the right to refuse deadlines that are mentioned after the payment.

The Client reserves the right to be notified of any delays.

Finished artworks (PNG files) will be delivered via email.

I reserve the right to sign the commissioned work.

There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.

I am not responsible for preserving any information, images and other digital data of the commissioned artwork after delivering the finished artwork.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Artist harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, due to materials included in the Work at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested.

I have the right to use my artwork for commercial purposes (i.e. prints) unless otherwise agreed upon.

I have the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the artwork as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

I have the right to recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Client for other works.

I have the right to share footage of the creation process of the artwork (a.k.a speedpaints).

The Client is not authorized to change, modify, edit or use the commissioned artwork without the Artist’s explicit permission.

The Client is not authorized to use the commissioned artwork for Artificial Intelligence purposes, such as including the artwork in deep training databases, or using the artwork as input data.

The Client may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects.

The Client must explicitly credit the Artist when displaying the commissioned artwork publicly unless otherwise discussed.

If the commission is cancelled by the Client, the Client may not use any sketches, progress screenshots or other materials of the commissioned artwork for any purpose, and must permanently delete all files thereof.
